Chickens and Ducks
J A Keen & Son, a family run business at Etherley
Farm situated at the foot of Leith Hill, the highest
point in Surrey. Free range chickens, ducks, geese
and turkeys are reared on additive free food in open
barns.
Fish
Something Fishy is owned and run by Adam Shaw, who
started selling his own fish as a fisherman back in
1982 because he was unimpressed with the then current
fish markets. Something Fishy is based in East Wittering
and draws fish and shellfish in from the local fishing
fleets at Selsey and Chichester harbours. In addition
to selling fish Adam operates a fishing trip boat
which will take you out to catch your own dinner -

Trout
Duncton Mill Trout Farm is in Duncton, West Sussex
and is a large well established trout farm.

Bread
Slindon Bakery is owned and managed by Andy Turner-Cross
and was founded when he came to live at the original
bakehouse 22 years ago. The wholemeal flour comes
from the Lurgashall Watermill at the Weald and Downland
Open Air Museum in Singleton, and rye flour and spelt
from Calbourne Watermill in the Isle of Wight.
Milk
and Cream
Southview Farm Dairy is based at the foot of the South
Downs in Bury, West Sussex is the only dairy farm
in West Sussex that processes milk from it’s
own herds of Guernsey and Holstein-Friesian cows.

Happy Hen Egg Company is a small family run poultry
farm at Stroud near Petersfield, the farm has been producing

of the quality tradition with the crop being grown,
